Corecell ensures all hardware is verified and OEM-grade. Every item passes a technical inspection before we initialize the shipping process.
Technical returns for defective logistics are accepted within 7 days. Please file a request through your dashboard within 48 hours of delivery.
Most devices carry a 1-year coverage for internal manufacturing defects. Physical damage and liquid ingress are not included in the standard warranty.
