Order cancellations allowed only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

1. Order Cancellation
When and how you can cancel your order
You may cancel your order only before it has been shipped. Once your order status changes to "Shipped," cancellation is not possible as the product is already in transit to your location.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order number. If your order is successfully cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
2. Returns & Refund Eligibility
Conditions for accepting returns
We accept returns only if:
- The item is unused and unworn
- All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is provided
- Photographic or video evidence is provided if required
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Situations where refunds are not applicable
The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size, color, or variant selected by the customer at the time of order
- Minor color variations due to differences in screen display settings
- Products that have been used, installed, or altered in any way
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer
- Products without original packaging, tags, or labels
4. Damaged / Wrong / Defective Products
What to do if you receive a faulty item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will be required to provide:
- Clear photographs or video showing the damage or defect
- Order number and product details
- Description of the issue
Upon verification of your claim, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable. All claims are subject to inspection and approval.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
How long refunds take to process
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item. Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7 to 10 business days.
Please note that refunds are subject to successful quality inspection of the returned item. If the returned product does not meet our return criteria, it may be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.
6. Mode of Refund
How you will receive your refund
All approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method only. The refund will reflect in your account based on your bank's processing time, which may take an additional 3 to 7 business days after we process the refund.
We do not provide cash refunds or store credit unless required by applicable law.
